Right now, this site is informational: it explains our services and process, and it does not operate a public profile system, public search, or public messaging of any kind. The confidential enquiry form on our Contact page is a design preview only — as stated clearly on that page, nothing typed into it is currently sent anywhere, stored, or seen by anyone.

We do not use cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or advertising technology on this website. The one external connection this site makes is to Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) to load our typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads, in the same way it would for any website using Google Fonts.

What We'll Collect Once the Enquiry Process Is Live

Once our confidential enquiry system is connected, submitting the form will share the fields shown on that form: your full name, phone number, city, who the enquiry is for, a brief note on your requirements, your preferred contact method, and — only if you choose to provide it — your email address.

We only collect what a consultant genuinely needs to begin a confidential conversation with you. We do not ask for financial information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive documents through this website; if those are ever needed later in the process, that happens directly with your assigned consultant, never through this site.

How Your Information Will Be Used

• Used solely to allow a consultant to understand your requirements and begin a confidential matchmaking conversation with you.
• Accessible only to the consultant assigned to your enquiry, and, where needed for quality or training purposes, their supervisor.
• Never made public, indexed, searchable, or shown to anyone outside our organization without your explicit, recorded consent.
• Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Data Security

Our internal systems are built with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging as core design requirements — the technical standards we hold ourselves to are documented in our internal Security & Privacy Standards. We are transparent that this website's public-facing enquiry form is not yet connected to those internal systems; once it is, this page will be updated to confirm that connection is live.

Your Rights

Once you are working with a consultant, you may ask them at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared, or to pause or close your case. In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we intend to support these rights as a standard part of how we operate, not as a special request.

Children

Our services are for adults seeking a life partner, or parents/guardians enquiring on behalf of a family member. This website is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, children.
